15:30 - 17:30 Movement in Writing with Alper Bayraklı

Dance is fleeting and disappears quickly, but what if writing could give dance a new life? In the Movement in Writing workshop, you’ll discover how dance can inspire you to write in a new way. Not by describing what you see, but by transforming movements into language, rhythm, and form. The workshop begins with a live dance performance, Encounters with Eli, showing how encounters influence our bodies and emotions. Afterwards, you get to work yourself: which movement sparks which thought for you? You will learn to write from your feelings and body—from your experience to what you can express. This way, you discover how dance and writing can strengthen each other and help you understand yourself better. This workshop is specially designed for anyone curious about new ways to express themselves and is led by Alper Bayraklı, a young theatre maker with a background in dance and theatre. Join us and be surprised by what dance and writing can do together!

16:00 – 19:00 Bookbinding workshop with Michał Jurys

In this bookbinding workshop, you will work on your own dummy. Artist Michał Jurys will show you how to make a hard cover for a book. You will discover different types of paper and learn how to combine them into a real handmade dummy. Together we will make a notebook that is perfect for all your writings, drawings and doodles — a beautiful alternative to writing on your phone, allowing you to experience the time and tranquillity of paper again.

Star the Tooth Gem Fairy glues tooth gems onto your teeth. Star the Tooth Gem Fairy has been blinging smiles since 2009. It’s temporary jewelry for your teeth!

19:30 - 21:30 Crazy Music Bingo with Joost de Host

Get ready for an evening full of music, fun and shouting ‘BINGO!’ at the top of your lungs during Crazy Music Bingo with Joost de Host. We'll start the evening with a fun Multi Mingle—in groups of three, you'll get to know each other better by answering short questions about your experiences with the theme and the Warm Welcome Week. It's a relaxed way to connect and form your team for the bingo.

Then the party starts! Joost the Host takes you on a journey with Music Bingo XXL, a swinging and interactive show inspired by the Hitster concept. This is no standard bingo, but a mix of music quizzes, sing-alongs, games and the chance to win great prizes. Each participant will receive a bingo card with coloured squares. When you hear a music clip, answer the question for the correct colour. Correct answer? Tick it off!

Two rounds of 45 minutes, lots of surprises and, above all, lots of fun. So come along, sing along, play along—and who knows, you might just go home as the winner!

Got a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear? Familiar and frustrating. Not only for your closet and wallet, but also for the environment and people. Luckily, there’s a sustainable and fun solution: clothing swapping! The saying “out with the old, in with the new” no longer applies. Throwing away clothes is wasteful, and constantly buying new ones isn’t sustainable. But fashion—and especially the hunt for that one perfect piece—is a passion for many. Trends come and go, your body and style change. Unfortunately, both our planet and our closets are not black holes, so something has to give. That’s why, after the Warm Welcome Week, we’re organizing a clothing swap at VOX-POP. Shopping with a drink and some music, but without fast fashion. Will you join us?
