15:30 - 17:30 Dungeons & Dragons for Beginners with the Queer Arcana

Have you always wanted to venture into the world of Dungeons & Dragons but never had the chance? This workshop is the perfect introduction for beginners and a great place to meet fellow students and D&D enthusiasts. Under the guidance of an experienced Dungeon Master from The Queer Arcana, you will build your own world and start a short quest. Limited spots available—arrive early!

17:00– 19:00 Nostalgic Games with Meggy

During The Retrofuturistic Sandbox, you’ll engage in fun retro activities with a modern twist. Build Lego structures together, create Polaroid collages, and play a word game where certain words are off-limits. It’s a relaxed way to meet new people, do something creative together, and reflect on nostalgia, including things you might never have experienced yourself. Join us and discover how past and future can playfully come together.

20:00 – 22:00 Glow in the Dark Sip & Paint

During the Warm Welcome Week, Rebrandt van Wine will transform VOX-POP into a glow-in-the-dark painting experience. Step into a world of color and light during Glow & the Dark Sip & Paint—a painting experience like no other. Under blacklights and a spinning disco ball, you’ll paint with neon and glow-in-the-dark paints for two hours while enjoying your favorite music and house drinks. Our host and artist will welcome and guide you, after which you can paint, have fun, and get inspired at your own pace. Walk around for tips, a fresh drink, or to admire others’ creations. At the end, take your masterpiece home. No painting experience necessary – just a desire to paint and have fun!

Clothing Swap

Got a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear? Familiar and frustrating. Not only for your closet and wallet, but also for the environment and people. Luckily, there’s a sustainable and fun solution: clothing swapping! The saying “out with the old, in with the new” no longer applies. Throwing away clothes is wasteful, and constantly buying new ones isn’t sustainable. But fashion—and especially the hunt for that one perfect piece—is a passion for many. Trends come and go, your body and style change. Unfortunately, both our planet and our closets are not black holes, so something has to give. That’s why, after the Warm Welcome Week, we’re organizing a clothing swap at VOX-POP. Shopping with a drink and some music, but without fast fashion. Will you join us?
