26% of the world population has an active menstrual cycle. At the same time, talking about your period often remains a taboo, especially in public forums. However, exploring our menstrual cycle in community with others can help us understand our own bodies better. That is why we are hosting a workshop that aims to combat the shame around periods and allows you to take control of the narrative around your experiences with your menstruating body. Together, we will dive into period stigma, empowerment and more!

About Periodic.nl
Periodic.nl is an Amsterdam-based non-profit organization that is advocating for menstrual health. Our objectives are twofold: First, we aim to deconstruct the stigma and shame around menstruation and period poverty in the Netherlands. Second, we advocate for policy changes, and connect activists, policymakers and politicians to address period poverty on a national and local level.
