Would you like to contribute your perspective to a pop-up exhibition?

An experiential perspective: someone with lived experience and a strong connection to Surinamese communities and contexts
An artistic perspective: an artist or curator with an affinity for representing colonial histories and their contemporary legacies
We invite you to take part in 2 to 3 sessions in which we collectively reflect on the thematic direction, language use, and curatorial choices. You will act as a sounding board: sharing insights, posing critical questions, and helping us to further develop our approach—without carrying final responsibility for the exhibition.
As this is a student project with a limited budget, we offer
