This third and last edition of the lecture series reconsiders the relationship between human and plant life. How are plants and humans in the Petunia collection entangled in processes of making meaning? Charles Rouleau, coordinator of Casino Display – Space for Artistic Research (Luxemburg), will present his project Woven in Vegetal Fabric, which explores human-plant entanglements through apprenticeship and collaboration. Dr. Pamela Strazzer, core member of the Plant Development and Genetics research group, will talk about how petunia research will help to solve tomorrow’s challenges of becoming circular and reducing our footprint in the world.
