Absurdist writing with Charlie Vielvoye
‘Stallion to the Universe’, ‘Cheese for a Whore's Boy’, ‘Embroidery with Clenched Fists’. These books all have two things in common. They never saw the light of day. And they were never written at all. In fact, they are thought-provoking entries from the well-published book ‘Books just not published’ by absurdist cartoonist Gummbah.
These book titles are the starting point for the workshop Writing like a retired antelope hunter. Because with a deranged preface, it is much easier to unleash your creativity. How will you write the first paragraph of ‘Embroidery with clenched fists?’
What will be your tone? Who's speaking? Find out during this evening of heavenly simple writing exercises.
