The session explores the philosophy of drag, the impact of censorship on representation and visibility, and what drag can reveal about freedom of expression and cultural struggles worldwide. Through comparative and cross-cultural case studies, Serkan shows that drag, even in conservative contexts, poses no inherent threat, but rather acts as a powerful mirror of societal norms and tensions.
