In 2017-2018, our second program committee worked on a new series of CLOSE UP evenings. During this series themes were discussed that have not lost their relevance: the disturbed relationship between man and nature, the desire to become our perfect selves, and the power of music.

Together with Amsterdam Venture Studios - Humanities Lab and the Amsterdam Academic Club, the committee also organized the "life of..." series. Each evening focused on a different humanities discipline, and we explored how you can relate that to your profession.
