Do you sometimes feel like a fraud? You’re not alone! Many students struggle with these feelings, experiencing excessive self-criticism and perfectionism. In this workshop, we’ll playfully explore the ‘impostor’ phenomenon. Set in the faculty courtroom, we’ll put your inner impostor on trial. Why do we punish ourselves with negative thoughts? How does this inner jury affect us? What evidence supports or refutes the idea that you’re an impostor? Can we shift this belief or even turn it to our advantage? We’ll work to unmask the so-called Impostor and learn to deal with this part of ourselves more constructively. Who knows? It may even become your superpower.
This workshop is part of the Well-being Week 2025.
