Writing Workshop with the UvA's Green Office
During this intimate and educational writing workshop titled Queerness, Decolonisation, and In Love with Nature you are invited to think critically about and re-think the ways of 'conventional' writing. You will be presented with three topics and lessons that can help influence the ways we think about writing. Each lesson is supposed to engender creativity without emphasizing 'real' or 'correct' ways of expressing yourself.
Each lesson is followed by a thought-provoking writing prompt around a specific topic and then you are welcome to share (or not) your work with others.
This is a safe and supportive judgement-free space where mutual respect is the highest value. Let your creativity thrive!
Trash Skeleton (she/her) is a writer and theater director who pulls from her activism, trans
life experience and complex ethic heritage to open herself up to the world. Her writing is
intimate and absurd as she delivers shock treatments of care to her readers and audience.
